1 General Terms & Conditions

38 tbajee is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all use of the 38 tbajee website and application.

5 Betting Rules

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 38 tbajee:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Any activity intended to abuse or circumvent bonus or promotion terms.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.

7 Limitation of Liability

38 tbajee is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Services may be unavailable due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

38 tbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• The user has submitted a request to close their own account.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting 38 tbajee Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request.

9 Responsible Gaming

38 tbajee believes in responsible gaming. We want betting to be a source of entertainment — not stress or harm.
